❤️WHY WE LOVE THIS RECIPE
We love how simple this recipe is, only a few ingredients and it’s perfect for any spring/summer gathering. We add a homemade chocolate frosting which takes this dessert to the next level.
🍴KEY INGREDIENTS
- Honey graham crackers (You can use chocolate graham crackers, too, and it will take almost the whole box of crackers)
- French Vanilla Instant Pudding
- Milk
- Cool whip
- Frosting:
- Butter
- Cocoa
- Milk
- Vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
- Pecans or walnuts (optional)
SWAPS
You can leave out the nuts and use just vanilla instant pudding. Without the French vanilla, it won’t taste as much like an eclair, but if you are in a pinch, it will work.
